Welcome, Sailors, to the 40th Annual Buzzards Bay Regatta!
We look forward to having you in Marion, Massachusetts August 3 – 5, 2012!
Buzzards Bay is waiting for you with its exceptional sailing conditions and famous Southwest breeze. Our committee has been working hard over the winter to get the details in place for yet another fantastic event. Our top priority is making sure that we have excellent race management and we have put together a great team of experienced Race Officers. Logisitcs are also key and we promise that parking, transportation, launching and hauling, etc will run smoothly. And we haven’t forgotten the parties! We will have great bands in the evenings including the return of Dale and the Duds.
I would like to thank our over 200 volunteers who work hard to make this event happen! And I would like to thank our sponsors, without who we could not run the regatta so cost effectively.
Please remember to be considerate to our neighbors during the event, as Beverly Yacht Club is in a residential neighborhood. And thank our volunteers and sponsors when you see them for all of their hard work and support.
