9Beginning August 2nd, 2018 approximately 200 boats and 1,000 sailors from across the U.S. and Canada will begin arriving in Marion and South Dartmouth to participate in the 47th Annual Buzzards Bay Regatta.
Sponsored by the Beverly, New Bedford, Mattapoisett and Low Tide Yacht Clubs, the BBR has been one of the largest multi-class regattas in the United States, featuring as many as 13 classes of boats from Lasers to Kiteboards, to classics yachts and 50′+ racing machines. Buzzards Bay is known for its challenging conditions, world class race management and warm hospitality.
