BBR will assign you a rating for this race based on your application and PHRF principles. |

Information Needed |
The following information is needed to register on Regatta Networks secure web site:
- Boat information - class, sail number (but this can be changed. see Section 4), and if applicable - PHRF-New England, IRC or Multihull rating. A copy of the rating certificate must be FAXED to 508-463-2323 by July 29, 2008.
- Skipper information - US SAILING number, name, address, email, phone, birth date, emergency contact, yacht club. (You will not be able to register without your valid US SAILING ID number - see US SAILING membership site.)
- Crew information (for 2 person dinghy classes) - name, address, email, birth date, emergency contact, yacht club (Note: Crew registration is part of skipper registration and does not require US SAILING ID.)
- Merchandise to be ordered including shirt sizes (if any - a limited amount will be on sale during the regatta)
- Credit card information for payment

Regatta Networks Secure Registration Site |
If you are ready, you may proceed to the secure registration site according to the your fleet type. You may check your status immediately after registration according to your fleet and name (Dinghy, One Design Keelboat, Handicapped or Expressly for Fun). Note that your status will evolve as payment and documentation is received.
If your sail number is not known at this time you may proceed to register. When your sail number is known (or other information is updated) please follow the procedure in step #4 below to update your information. |

Your registration is reserved and posted (status is "Documents Pending") ONLY when payment is made!
Your registration is complete (status is "Fully Registered") when payment and paperwork are received!
The final status is "Ready to Race" and requires on-site check-in (and may require sail check and token). |

Data Correction |
You may update your registration information (including changes in sail number, contact information, skipper, crew, etc.) by going to the link provided in your registration reply email. If you lose the email link please email registration@buzzardsbayregatta.com and use the subject REGISTRATION. Be sure to include all relevant information. Give our volunteers 48 hours to respond.
You will not be able to delete your entry on-line but may do so by email to registration@buzzardsbayregatta.com. Note that entry fees are non-refundable. |
